What others say

““Clarissa delivered a fantastic interactive workshop for our team. It was engaging, informative, and her personal story added a meaningful touch. Our employees walked away with valuable insights — from recognising burnout to practical strategies for preventing it."

Andrea Stone, People & Culture Administrator - Vista Group

“Clarissa ran a fantastic session for our team on burnout — it was engaging, practical, and really resonated with the team.

She combined tools with her own lived experience to create a safe space for awareness and reflection. Our staff walked away with clear, usable strategies to manage capacity, set boundaries, and look after their wellbeing.

We’re grateful for the impact she’s made and highly recommend her.”

Tilly Liebenberg, People & Culture Manager - Pie Funds

“Clarissa really got our group talking! After Clarissa left, the whole group started opening up naturally about feeling overwhelmed with school and work.

Clarissa created a safe space for everyone to be honest about their stress and to see that it’s okay to pause and take a break.

Clarissa might not realise it, but she has made such an impact. She helped the team feel seen, supported, and understood.”

Hannah Gallagher, Chair - Auckland Young Professionals

“Clarissa is an exceptional facilitator. We had a group of 20 in hospitality attending a Women's conference and she tailored the content perfectly. She used exercises in a group setting seamlessly and made a topic that is still relatively new to a lot of people easy to understand.

I highly recommend Clarissa to support you 1:1 or in a speaker capacity. Thank you for highlighting how to care for yourself and really making everyone think about their habits and experience.”

Lauren Purse - HR Manager, Four Points by Sheraton
